Over 35 years of experience in the development and production of personal protective equipment, both for leisure and sport, as well as for the professional world: that is Climbing Technology a brand of Aludesign S.p.A.

Born from the will and passion of Carlo Paglioli, Climbing Technology has quickly become an international reference brand, constantly focusing on innovation and safety. It is no coincidence that over 20 patents have been registered, helping to raise standards and set new benchmarks.

In mid-2021, a new exciting chapter in our history has begun. After many years of successful cooperation, Aludesign and Climbing Technology became part of the SKYLOTEC family, led by Kai Rinklake, a leading company in the manufacture of personal protective equipment and fall protection for the professional world and the sports sector.

SKYLOTEC is a family-owned company that has been designing and manufacturing innovative products for 75 years, and the acquisition has given a further boost to the promotion of safety culture. In fact, following the acquisition of Aludesign S.p.A., it was decided to invest in the VRC Italy training centre, which is now the Italian and European reference for training at the highest level.

The training center has an indoor steel structure reproducing all the typical rope access, work at height and confined space work scenarios.

Our training area is provided with:

  • wide and bright environment
  • 10 m high steel structure
  • different levels of horizontal and vertical climbing

  • inclined surface simulating a roof, provided with a horizontal lifeline
  • construction simulating a confined space
  • classroom for carrying out theoretical lessons
  • refreshment area

The training centre provides the trainees with all Skylotec and Climbing Technology material required for the course.
